What percentage of pneumonias have a known cause? And by that I mean something much more specific than a general respiratory illness. And of that likely large percentage with no specific etiology, how do they know which ones justify shutting down the world? No, this doesn't sound like BS at all (eye roll).

IIRC, 60% of the hospitalized cases in the CDC Epic study either had no identified agent or had no singular identified agent (ie, patient tested positive for more than one thing).
