Nope. It’s all about the money. Biden still has an emergency declaration in place so he can dole out money to the states, and Pritzker keeps extending his EOs so he can tap that same money--to buy votes & brag (falsely) he’s putting IL on sound financial footing.
And for Governor Buttercow, it’s also payback/vote-buying for the teachers’ unions for Public Act 102-0697. So long as Pritzker has a COVID disaster proclamation in place, everyone who works in education (from K through higher ed) gets free COVID leave.
The appeal of living one's last days at home rather than a nursing home, hospice, or hospital has been obvious. But you can't really know how many more people are choosing to die at home now vs. in 2019.
The very large increase (50% or more) in at-home deaths at the start of 2022 is another puzzle.

Exactly! Never has, never will be. The only thing this Covid Emergency has done is point out the power grab underway by the NWO gang!
And yet, despite what Biden says and corrected by the “White House”, Covid is still at emergency level!
The emergency has nothing to do with Covid the virus

You can tell a lot by cause of death w/place of death.
Drug overdoses, strokes, and heart attacks at home aren't usually by choice
