I would like to point to the Ebola nurse quarantine event in NJ in Oct 2014, as a critical 'propaganda prepping tool'.
I watched in horror as this played out. A nurse who volunteered to work in Africa, came back through Newark airport where the governor (along with Fauci) seized her and locked her in a tent for 3 days. She was NOT sick, she was NOT infected, and she DID NOT CONSENT. But the worst of it was... NO ONE CARED!! An American citizen's basic human and civil rights were severely violated. And all seemed to go along, nodding their heads, saying it was all 'justified' somehow.
"I never had Ebola. I never had symptoms of Ebola. I tested negative for Ebola the first night I stayed in New Jersey governor Chris Christie's private prison," Hickox said, according to a statement released by her attorneys. "My liberty, my interests and consequently my civil rights were ignored because some ambitious governors saw an opportunity to use an age-old political tactic: fear."
Hickox returned to the United States on Oct. 24, 2014. She was first held at the airport in Newark before being moved to the University Hospital in Newark, where she was quarantined in a tent for two days. She was allowed to return to her home in Maine on Oct. 27, 2014."

I have characterized 2014 "Ebola Scare" as a proof-of-concept exercise and agree with your term 'critical propaganda prepping tool'.
More people need to recognize the role of these 'priming' activities. Note John Ioannidis' comment at the October 2024 Stanford conference:
"How about if we are hit by something like Ebola, when it hit in 2014 Africa? You know, you hear that there was Marburg virus - a case in, you know, someone traveling from an area to Europe. How about that? What would happen then, if we have something that is a thousand times worse? We need to be prepared for that. Not die in advance but be prepared for that."
Yes, I read your posts diligently and cross post them, despite the years of push back from many of my readers. I am a weary 'wounded warrior' after fighting all these battles for the past decades, especially when I filed Whistleblower claims against Fauci in 2011, when he teamed up with Wuhan and the PLA to make a dengue chimeric virus (deliberately violating Obama's EO). [I worked for him during H1N1]. After that I wrote a fictional medical thriller novel involving hemorrhagic fever (Vampire Chimeras) in 2013. I was writing a second one on Marburg from bats in the Horn of Africa, when the 'real' outbreak hit the news. I think I had gotten caught up in all that predictive programming back then.
But despite all my posts and publications, and whistleblower reports, my warnings were ignored by all it seemed, including the senators I alerted. Instead, I was 'hunted' and threatened and blacklisted and suffered lawfare attacks.
I personally know the actors involved in the scamdemic, including those at the CDC lab 'testing' covid and creating, shipping those test kits. You do know that they were 'contaminated' with the plasmid containing the sequence for the so-called virus? Yes, they had folks shoving it up their nasopharynx into their brains.
For my own substack, I try to focus on the few scientists, doctors, engineers and students who still show integrity and honesty, pursuing goals for a better world. It seems to be the best way to heal myself from the war wounds, at least for now.

There wasn't much more to it. IIRC, both he and I acknowledged "there are no viruses/viruses as they have been presented do not exist" position as valid and one held by a number of people before 2020.
