Today marks a slight name change to this Substack, from Wood House to Wood House 76. A big reason for the change is Twitter’s choice to suppress articles with Substack in the address. Maddening, but also a good excuse to secure a dedicated domain name.
One of my favorite saved quotes from the latest great unpleasantness is this: “And if science is really on your side, do you need appeals to virtue?” —Emma Woodhouse.
If you wrote this, I must thank you for eloquently shoring up my sanity, and be assured these words have been well shared and enthusiastically received!
A side note, but: In Seattle, I was never yelled at outside for not having a mask on. In 2020, this could've been because such people were so afraid, they weren't prepared to get close enough to others to lecture them.

"I’m not a journalist, essayist, or incisive political analyst."
I respectfully disagree. You write compelling essays and your "investigative work" is far more journalistic than those who do it for a living. Whether or not you're incisive is subjective.
It's not much, but my contribution to your work comes in the form of typo corrections. In this post:
1. "...no one has paid me for posts to my Twitter account, and this is the first time I’ve open my Substack to voluntary paid subscriptions."
should be "this is the first time I've opened my Substack..."
2. "...some things I’m proud of are alerting the FDA about the University of Illinois’ false claims to an covid-test EUA for a covid saliva test; calling out the CDC’s..."
should be "false claims to a covid test..."
3. "This was mostly to escape a suburb where were (among other things) yelled at on the..."
should be "escape a suburb where we were (among other things)..."
Your voice kept me from questioning my gut feeling all through pandemic- I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the factual voice of reason I needed!

A big story two days ago purports to provide “smoking gun” evidence that “Case Zero” of Covid in the world occurred with three lab workers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in November 2019.
As I show in this detailed rebuttal, this could not be possible as at least 306 people in four countries and 7 U.S. states had also already been infected by this same date - and all of the people I have identified tested positive for Covid antibodies.
The real scandal is that public health officials (and the mainstream “watchdog” press) refuse to investigate or ignore the mountain of evidence that suggests millions of people had probably already been infected by the end of November 2019.
I’m not saying the virus didn’t originate in Wuhan. Only that if it did, the person who was “Case Zero” would have had to have been infected months earlier than November 2019 for the virus to have infected so many other people throughout the world.

I so wish you had moved farther East. We need more red here to, maybe, counteract the RINOs.

I’ve loved your work - especially the pieces where im skeptical of your skepticism :)
Thank you for sharing your “lens” finally, it helps to know where you’re coming from. Look forward to your continued great posts.

Thank you for all you do! It’s not easy being the person asking questions;
