"it leaked from an evil Chinese lab" is much less damaging to so many than "the whole thing was concocted as a massive experiment to: see how easy it was to remove liberties, control the masses and shut down the economy, stop Trump, promote MRNA technology, transfer wealth, etc etc..."
We differ slightly re: the driving motives, but I am with you on how easy it is to blame a Fauci -funded lab in China (or Ukraine or Wisconsin or North Carolina or wherever) versus tell the truth.
(As you know), letting go of scary spreading thing is hard; once you do, it's incredibly freeing and makes spotting the BS so simple. More people should give it a whirl!
Need to get rid of the contagion myth. It is of course important as the myth is used by the powers that should not be to make people fear people, accept consentration camps, travel restrictions and injections to protect others.
I think everyone has a different entry point - and that there are different ways to get people to critically consider the official story about 2020. Bigger questions about what makes people get sick, whether any illness is contagious etc. are very important, but I'm of the mind that someone doesn't need to reject "contagion" to see that the COVID event per se has (in Phil Collins' words) "all been a pack of lies."

Those are just a sampling of possible motives, some or all of which may have been involved, but not meant to exclude others.
Yes, I hear you. Good way of putting it and similar to how I put it here: https://www.woodhouse76.com/p/motive-for-pandemic-casualty-event
I need to write about the Trump part sometime...although my view on that may cost me friends and family!!! ;-)
